Return & Exchange Policy

At Diamond for Eden, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. To help you find the perfect fit, we include a security tag with a unique serial number on each dress, allowing you to try it on before making a final decision.

Please review our return and exchange policy carefully:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with the security tag and serial number fully intact.
• Once the tag is removed or tampered with, the item becomes nonreturnable and non-exchangeable, regardless of condition.
• We reserve the right to verify the serial number before approving any return or exchange.
